The Advance to Deliver (A2D) project aims to improve the governance, volunteer development, partnership working, inclusiveness and sustainability of fledging, front line community organisations in Newham through co-ordinated use of capacity building services, sharing of specialist skills and combining of resources.

It has been developed through consultation with the major infrastructure organisations within Newham Changeup partnership - Newham Voluntary Sector Consortium (NVSC), Aston Mansfield and The Forum for Health and Wellbeing.

A2D is being supported by eight partners: Aston Mansfield, Community Links, Conflict and Change, Newham Renewal Programme, NVSC, The Forum for Health & Wellbeing, Volunteer Network Centre and Race Equality in Newham(REIN)
