To visit Durning Hall:
- you can use the main Liverpool Street to Shenfield line. Get out at Forest Gate station, turn right and Earlham Grove is the first turning right.
- the Gospel Oak to Barking line. Get out at Wanstead Park station. Turn left and walk to the second set of traffic lights. Cross at these lights. Earlham Grove is straight ahead.
- On street parking is possible if you come by car.
- There are cycle stands in the Centre. Buses: 25 and 86 along Romford Road; 58 and 330 along Woodgrange Road.
To visit the Froud Centre
- Nearest BR station: Manor Park
- Bus routes: 86, 25
- There is a small car park at the rear. There are cycle stands in the Centre.
Lambourne End Outdoor Centre
- By Road From the WEST: M25 junction 26. Signpost to Epping A121. At the roundabout take B172 THROUGH Theydon Bois to Abridge. Turn right then at mini roundabout turn left into Hoe Lane. Go to the end. At the Camelot Pub turn left. The centre is ¼ mile on the right.
- From the EAST: M25 junction 29. Take A127 towards London. Continue on A12. Turn right onto A1112 Whalebone Lane North. Turn right at Maypole Pub Into Lambourne Road/Manor Road. The Centre is 1 ½ miles on right.
- From LONDON: M11 junction 5. Turn right onto A1168 to roundabout. Turn left on A113 towards Abridge. Turn right into Hoe Lane and go to the Camelot Pub. At the Camelot turn left The Centre is ¼ mile on right. NB: NO EXIT OFF M11 SOUTHBOUND AT JUNCTION 5
- By Tube: To Hainault or Grange Hill on Central Line. Transport to the Centre is available by prior arrangement.
