Geoff Wheeler
 
Geoffrey Wheeler is the Interim Chief Executive and company secretary, joining Aston-Mansfield in 2002. He is a fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a trustee of both the Christ's Hospital Pension Scheme and Newham Crossroads Carers.  He is also a member of the national audit committee for Victim Support.  His professional experience covers work in commerce and industry as well as in charitable companies. Caroline Rouse
 
Caroline Rouse joined Aston in 1999 as manager of the Community Involvement Unit and was appointed Community Development manager in 2002. Since 2004 she has been a development manager. John Connor
 
John Connor joined Aston-Mansfield in December 2000 as centre manager for the Froud Centre. He became lifelong learning manager in 2002 and development manager in 2004. A professionally qualified youth and community worker, he is known for being creative in solving difficult conflict situations between young people and other community members. Over the last fifteen years, he has developed strategies concerning diversionary activities for young people and developing rescue plans for community groups. He has provided training interventions for community groups, social services, colleges and youth services. He established the Drug Action Team in Barking and Havering. Steve Berwick
 
Steve Berwick joined as Centre manager at Durning Hall in 1997 and was appointed Life Long Learning manager in 2002 and development manager in 2004. Prior to employment with Aston Mansfield, Steve managed community centres and community projects in South East London and Portsmouth. He was a training and education advisor for Portsmouth City Council, a tutor in Southampton University Extra Mural Department and Tutor Organiser for the Southern District Workers Educational Association. Steve has a wide experience of project planning and management (adult education, arts projects and children’s services), all aspects of facility management as well as experience of governance. steve.berwick@aston-mansfield.org.uk Tel: 020 8478 2468
