On Wednesday, 21st May, we partnered with One Newham and the ReSpace Alliance to host a networking event for organisations and individuals in the voluntary, community, and faith sectors.

Held at the Art in the Docks, the event was an afternoon of networking, collaboration and community.

The event was part of our collaborative work with One Newham,

The event started with refreshments and a chance to network.

ReSpace Alliance led a session on community venues, collaborating together and how we can reuse waste to reduce inequality.

Then we had a presentation and discussion with UEL about how we can keep the community safe in hot weather.

During the event, our Fitter Finances team, Kemar and Mustafa, ran one-to-one support sessions for attendees.

We’ve got two more events coming up:

  • 29th – Organisational Set-Up Training
  • 30th – Newham Community Digital Hub Launch
